I don;t know whether they people managing is training programs are highly incompetent or whether they have a habit of ripping people off or both. I paid $428.76 on April 20. I have now missed three of the live training calls because. I am unable to access their training calls. They continue o insist that they have sent the link to my email address and have my correct email address in the profile for this program yet, I still receive error messages and I am prevented from logging on to the live calls on Thursday afternoons. I also never received a link for the up coming three day program. I am a seventy-two year old widow trying to get my business back after my husband passed away.. Real Success Network is quick to pat it self on the back for their supposedly stellar customer service but I am being taken advantage of by this company which has no excuses for this type of behavior,

User's recommendation: I would be very wary of signing up for the Anthony Morrison Webinar package. The customer service is deplorable and the people are polite but apparently incompetent.t competent

I watched his video on facebook which states that he was gonna do some free training. I signed up and received a Welcome email and a password and login info. It didn't work. I sent an email to support who wasn't much support at all. They seem to know nothing about a free training they kep asking me what did I purchase. That's just why you need to use a phone center for questions and not just email. Everybody doesn't have email and if this is for everybody then everyone should have access to what's going on in the company.

I have been requesting a refund for weeks now to no avail. I keep getting ghosted. They were quick to take the money, and one I requested a refund they dont know me!!! I have been trying to communicate with John but he either doesnt keep the appt or ignores my messages. I have no idea what to do next.

Hello Anthony, I have spent almost $1,000 trying to get my Amazon Business working with you. I loved how you spoke about donating to the Basketball team even though they were black, I loved how you shared that you loved all people. I feel the same way you do. However, this email is I need help and guidance to get set up last week you gave us instructions how to get everything started. I was not able to do what I needed to do. Please do not leave me without help. Can someone call me and walk me through what I need to do to get started. I know you are really busy, so I ask if you have someone other than yourself to help me. I know you gave us our password that was only good for that day. I could not click on the right places I needed to click on to get things started. Your help and your staff help are needed. I purchased his youtube course online and he arranged for a guy to call me, but for TWO TIMES he never called. I asked for refund on the 4th day after purchase and he told me their policy is 3 DAYS refund. What a joke! He went on and on and never wanted to even partially refund me. Such a scammer please be aware and never fall for his scam!

They are wonderful as long as you are paying but ask for a refund and you get silence. Customer service did not respond back to me until the time had lapsed beyond thirty days. No way to contact anyone by telephone.

I am not a good prospect to be a business person. I do wish to be left behind from further engaging in being a business owner or any connection with it. I have lost a lot of free money out of monthly payments to you, have never had a business to release into. I quit, stop all. I am done. Please. No more.
